Boat Trip is a 2002 romantic comedy film directed by Mort Nathan in his feature film directorial debut and starring Cuba Gooding Jr., Horatio Sanz, Vivica A. Fox, Roselyn Sánchez, and Roger Moore, with Lin Shaye and both then-unknown Thomas Lennon and Will Ferrell playing minor roles. The film is a story of two best friends who look for the best girl in a cruise ship. It’s an international co-production between the United States and Germany.

The film was released in theaters in the United Kingdom on October 4, 2002 and the United States on March 21, 2003 by Artisan Entertainment, and was both a critical and commercial failure. The film was panned due to its formulaic plot and humor, especially its reliance on stereotypical, homophobic jokes.
