At the hotel, Tommy gets a bad review and Nicole has to ask him to change the menu. When he refuses, their argument turns more personal and he fires himself, much to Alex's dismay. As Alex tries to get him to come back, Nicole and Tommy's relationship starts to heat up. Meanwhile, Jason learns that Vincent's drug-running days aren't over, and takes drastic measures. Chris accidentally leaves a diver in the ocean when another diver gets the bends and has to be treated immediately. He finds the diver, but the man and his wife threaten to sue the hotel anyway.
